The goldenrain tree is one of the few trees that bloom during the rainy season in July. When its yellow flowers fall, they cover the ground with a golden color, which is why it is called the “golden rain” tree.

Native to Korea, Taiwan and China, this rare deciduous tree produces unusual heart-shaped, three-lobed seed pods in late summer. In autumn, both its leaves and pods turn deep brown
It is highly tolerant of cold, salty winds, drought, and air pollution, making it a popular choice for street and ornamental planting.

In Buddhist culture, the seeds are used to make prayer beads, so the tree is also called the “rosary tree.” A folk belief says that planting this tree near your home will help keep illness away.

There are five known varieties in total, and the LoRA model was trained using data from the Korean goldenrain tree Koelreuteria paniculata (Called "mogamju" in Korean)
