This LoRA, incredibly, manages to handle ALL of our specialty LoRA concepts - Double/Single Blowjobs, Missionary, Reverse (and regular) Cowgirl, Doggy, wrapped in one model! It obeys very well and is largely extremely accurate to the given keyword/position (see samples below)! Don't be shy; give it a try! =)

    ===========================================================================

    6/27 - v3 LTXXX update in testing...

5/12 - v2 LIVE! No fuss, no buzz!

TRAINING IS STILL ONGOING - v1 is a complete retrain of the preview run with adjustments. Fine tuning is currently underway. You may experience some concept imbalance as we make changes to the dataset. If you notice bad audio, we recommend NOT using the abliterated text encoder as it seems to cause this effect to be extremely noticeably during speech!

Please note - read the model description and understand that the trigger words STILL WORK but your surrounding prompts will need to be much more verbose in the style LTX2 requires!. Performs BEST WITHOUT DISTILLATION. The distillation lora and checkpoint actively fight the nsfw training and account for body horror. YMMV - we recommend using the full dev checkpoint with between 0.25-0.35 distill strength. Adjust steps and CFG accordingly for both passes.

EXAMPLE WORKFLOWS HERE! Shout out to RuneXX!

AS ALWAYS: Enjoy, generate responsibly and share what prompting tricks you learn along the way!

Sample Prompts (best for WAN, LTX needs updates):

Note: prompts w/curly braces are dynamic prompts for use with Wildcard nodes, remove them for regular use like the other examples.

Note - Missionary and cowgirl can have some mix-up if you don't specify the woman is on her back in the prompt.

m15510n4ry, A shot of missionary sex and a detailed view of a woman's vagina and a man's erect penis which is penetrating her. The woman's skin is light and the woman having sex has natural pubic hair above her vagina. The penis is erect as it thrusts in and out of her vagina. There is a slight sheen of moisture on both the penis and the surrounding skin. The background is a fancy bedroom where she is at the edge of the white bed laying on her back and he is between her spread legs. The lighting is even highlighting the natural skin tones and textures.

d0ubl3_bj, A close-up view of two fat girls with performing a double blowjob on a man's erect penis. The girls are nude save for slutty choker collars, the girl on the left has pale skin blonde russian slutty pigtail hair. Her nails are manicured with a glittery design as she grasps the base of the penis. The other woman has light thai tan-lined skin and skin black hair with bows and her eyes are closed. Both women are focused on the man's penis which is circumcised and erect. They both lick and run their lips along the shaft of the man's penis. One womans hand moves slightly up and down the base stroking his penis as the suck and lick and share it. The lighting is cinematic yet voyeuristic.

They serve a purpose and if you use LoRA you’d do well to educate yourself on the concept of activation tokens. It’s important that they are distinct from other English words or phrases is the short answer. This is a basic principle of Lora usage.

    AI_DKSep 10, 2025

@c0ur4ge I understand. Will this help generations with prompts without the trigger words for motion/NSFWfying?

@rsflipson2 Yes. That's literally their purpose is to associate a concept with a distinct token(s) value. An oldy, but a goody on the topic of Training Lora, specifically, you're looking for the activation tags is the section: https://civitai.com/articles/3105/essential-to-advanced-guide-to-training-a-lora

@cfhoover845 You fundamentally misunderstand what you're talking about - please just click the link and educate yourself because you're confidently incorrect.

But if you even read what you've said, you should catch it: all of the words you just said aren't unique because they already exist and are often used to censor the model by teaching it those things are, in fact, benign concepts.

This is a fantastic lora, and works really well, but I do sometimes wish I could get just a bit more motion out of it. Sometimes the humping motions seems just a little stifled, like they're holding back lol. I tried all kinds of prompting tricks but nothing conclusively seemed to help. Any ideas? I'm using the lightning loras with it

    BlatentLatentSep 11, 2025· 1 reaction

Try it without the lightning loras on the high pass, those can definitely mess with motion.

    FoxbiteSep 11, 2025

@dixienormus935 I just tried. It's hard to say conclusively if its better or not, but in general i feel they are about the same using 4 steps on the high pass without lightning lora. Appreciate the suggestion though. I'll keep tinkering

EDIT: I tried both configurations with the same seed, and the results are almost identical, just tiny nuances that are different, but both have the same "stifled" motion, so i dont think its the high pass lora thats getting me. Perhaps this is as good as it gets and i'm just being picky 😂

    BlatentLatentSep 11, 2025

@Foxbite you need to increase the number of steps for the high pass if you're not using the lightning LoRAs, try 10 steps instead. Otherwise, the issue is likely with your prompting; make sure you're highly descriptive and give a reason for your character to be acting quickly. That being said, even with ideal prompting I sometimes get output with the slowmo effect, but it's usually only about 10% of the time, then another 10% they're moving way too quickly. But 80% good results is good enough for me

    BlatentLatentSep 11, 2025· 1 reaction

Oh one other thing, how many tokens are in your prompt? You want to try and hit a sweet spot of around 256 tokens, beyond that I've had issues with attention which can definitely cause the slow motion effect. So you want to be descriptive, but not overly so.

I really like this lora all around, works great, but I tend to use a lot of stylized color palettes and this lora tends to give any skin (usually the mans upper body/stomach in a POV video) a very "spray tan" orangish look when it fills in stuff and negative prompting is finicky to get rid of it. but thats a small nitpick to a very amazing lora, thank you!

I'm still using the 2.1 T2V version for 2.2 gens with success but the video quality suffers some graininess. This is is absolutely incredible, it blows my loras out of the water, and at only 250MB!

Would you mind sharing your training parameters? Clearly you've figured out something that I have not :)

For mine I've been training with diffusion-pipe with AdamW8bitKahan at rank 64, about 3000 steps for High and 4000 steps for low. For High, I use a learning rate of 2e-5 for the first half of training then increase to 2e-4 to finish, and for Low starting with 3e-5 and finishing with 3e-4. My datasets are typically about 20-25 videos that are 10-20 seconds long.

    c0ur4ge
    Author
    Sep 13, 2025· 3 reactions

We have slight variances in our configs but for most of the HP we stick to the diffusion-pipe defaults (LR, BS, etc). Based on the above it’s almost certainly your dataset - those are very long videos, imo. I’d say keep them to 3-5 seconds in lock step with the fps setting (we use as much as we can get to train depending on the dataset, rank, various vram factors). Naturally, your captions have to be accurate and follow “best practices” for the TENC/LLM creating the tokens. It goes without saying the videos should be of excellent quality and various aspect ratios.

Also - it’s worth mentioning WAN 2.2 has the timestep differences between high and low and they are trained respective to each others “balance” in the inference process. If you’re not doing this, I expect your results are mega cursed.

    Good luck!

    TwoMoreLurkerSep 14, 2025· 2 reactions

@c0ur4ge Thanks for the insight! I'll give shorter clips a try. Yes I have messed up the timestep differences before and "mega cursed" sounds about right, or maybe "cronenberg horror".

It's a shame these models take so long to train on my basic bitch consumer GPU. With SDXL it's pretty easy to experiment with learning rates and datasets and such and bang out a few iterations in a day, but with Wan I can spend a week on a single model and not have anything to show for it.

Anyway incredible job on the Lora, really great stuff you've been putting out!!

The results I'm getting for the 14B i2v are extremely bad. Seeing other people's posts I must be missing something but the results are generally blurry, barely any movement, and the male's genital is almost always a pure blur. I've tried 640 up to 1024 resolution. I've tried increasing sampling to 30 and 40 steps. I'm not using the lightspeed lora (that completely fails, just a grey blur entire screen)... CFG 3.5. Sampler Euler, Scheduler Simple. Strength for both low and high dream lora is 1.0. I've also tried a few (not that there are many) workflows attached to some of the videos on here with the same setup and they have the same issue when I try, but their results are clear. I've tried various real photos and 2D h photos. What am I missing? Also do you have your own workflow somewhere that I'm missing, too? Didn't find any when dragging your video example clips to Comfyui.

Try using one of the Kijai workflows perhaps? The fact that you’re getting gray screen with the other Lora speaks to this being a workflow/environmental problem, to be honest.

    LimonobatonoSep 17, 2025

    @c0ur4ge lightspeed lora CFG 1.0 8 steps max (4 high/4 low). 4 steps (2 high/2 low)

    kudon44Sep 17, 2025

@c0ur4ge I haven't tried Kijai's workflow, but grey screen is only when using the light lora and your lora together. With just the light lora I don't have the issue, and with just your lora and no light lora also not having it. Your lora should work with the default workflows so it doesn't make sense that Kijai's would work. That is why I offered the extra details... and I see other people reporting similar issues. Washoping for some other suggestions like Limono mentioned. I'll try what Limono said for the lightspeed though it wont help that the results even without lightspeed aren't as clear as other people's with light artifacting and stuff regardless of even doing 1024x1024 with 40 steps. It would be ideal if you had a workflow for this, too. Surprised you didn't link one in your post. Would be a good idea to consider with optimized sampler, CFG, etc. and notes.

@kudon44 I haven’t linked a workflow because this is literally a PyTorch model that will work with any WAN 2.2 I2V workflow. The problem is almost certainly environmental- do you have a specific workflow you’re following?

    kudon44Oct 7, 2025

@c0ur4ge I literally told you what my parameters, including sampler, were in my original post. I've tried the comfy default workflow, Kijai's, and as mentioned some of the ones below that other users used for their results. None of it worked. I've even tried it at various strengths and CFG mixes just in case that was related since there wasn't proper info for that provided. The reason we ask for a workflow is because none of these workflows work with it at the default settings meaning there is some setting in the workflow we're not using that it specifically needs. Ex. sampler you asked about, but I already told you what one I'm using... Euler. Does it only work with specific samplers?

@kudon44 I linked one to the page under suggested resources - give it a swing by adding the respective LoRA to the lora loader that matches the WAN model (the first lora is usually the lightning one in those workflows, so if its the high variant of the lightning lora, you'd set LORA #2 to the DR34ML4Y model to correspond). Set the strength to your taste but to be clear: this lora works like literally ANY lora ever. For diffusion model or video model, as long as it is applied after the Load Model -> Load Lora -> Sampler to the correct WAN variant (and you use both models) your output will fine.

RE: samplers, if it works with WAN 2.2, it will work here. Again, this is just a pytorch LoRA. If that means nothing to you, start reading there.

    eugskb532Oct 20, 2025· 1 reaction

@immauser blurry and distorted results are not about wrong loras. It's about wrong sampler/model settings. All of the loras which are confirmed compatible with WAN 2.2 works fine with the default comfyui template. Just play around with CFG or increase steps

I have a usage question. Is there a way to more accurately control the speed or amplitude of movements? I want to generate a slower motion. I tried adding phrases like "slow movement" in the positive prompt and "fast, large movements" in the negative prompt, but when generating videos without changing the seed, there was almost no difference. Is there a more precise way to control this? I think I’ve seen someone use a LoRA to control motion speed or amplitude, but I haven’t been able to find this type of LoRA myself.

High dictates motion. Low is detail. This is why you can use Wan 2.1 character loras in the low ksampler where they make the most Impact since they directly affect detail

    CautionMergeAheadSep 22, 2025· 2 reactions

More practically, the HIGH model is meant for the early generation steps, the LOW is meant for the later generation steps. It's a two stage workflow just like a two stage workflow used for image generation models

    Simon_BelmontSep 22, 2025· 4 reactions

I'm gonna give you the answer you are looking for: in Wan 2.2 there's two "routes" a hign and low noise. Both are used, everytime, so you need both. And you place the low noise on the low route and the high noise lora on the high noise route, as this is how wan 2.2 (NOT 2.1) works.

Also any idea where to find a workflow?

@IAmNotABot4Real Double check your pipelines and that you’re loading the right Lora for the right WAN model. Use a community workflow like the Kijai Lightning + upscaling ones found all over the site and add the correct Lora to the second slot, underneath the lightning lora in slot1 respectively. Else, these will also work in a bare stock inference example if loaded after the model and before the samplers.

    It’s something on your end.

@c0ur4ge that's what I done and IT WORKS! Beautiful!!!!!! Thanks for your help!

do we have a workflow for this lora?

    brandschatzen1945598Oct 2, 2025· 1 reaction

I made this one > https://github.com/brandschatzen1945/wan22_i2v_DR34ML4Y/blob/main/WAN_2LORAs_32FPS.json ; contains 2 wan loras (disable the one you dont want) & is quantstack & 32fps smoother video >> low ram > max effort ; origin : https://civitai.com/articles/17964/new-version-v20-of-torstens-low-vram-wan22-14b-i2v-simplified-workflow (from torsten) and adapted it.

Congratulations! Very well done! May I ask how you train a model like this? I never trained Lora's but this is truly inspiring. How much video material do you need? How do you train the concept and avoid training the other parts like actor faces?

Thanks!! Troll the comments a bit, we’ve went over it a few times but suffice it to say “nothing super special”. Short clips with great captions and quality + diffusion pipe settings at mostly standard.

We’re not avoiding anything; FYI. Balance the datasets with closeups but select for diversity of faces and ethnicities and ages.

    kunde2Oct 1, 2025· 2 reactions

You must be doing something right, because this lora is much easier to use than the other general NSFW loras on this site ;)

Hey guys, noob here I just got into wan 2.2, I am using the basic and default work flow, it does not have an option to add lora. Can someone please share a workflow that is not too complex but has lora tab in it? thanks in advance

    aifanOct 5, 2025· 3 reactions

you don't need special option, just add the LoRA with a normal LoRA loader after the model, and before the ModelSamplingSD3...

    MMOFanOct 6, 2025· 2 reactions

Or, add a power lora loader and replace the existing lora loader because the power lora loader lets you load more than one.

    kunde2Oct 13, 2025

    Or use Wan2GP
