Please start your prompt with "darylhannah a beautiful young woman", for a younger look. Images span 10 years, she does look different over time. I didn't use a negative prompt, instead I generated a few images and picked the best one. I don't use a refiner or VAE find it changes the faces as it auto corrects. I am using the base xl model without VAE. 

Been using Fooocus is a user-friendly software that does not attach data to the images.
