Started as a retrain of https://civarchive.com/models/1259407/tobi-or-naruto-shippuden-illustrious, but ended up focusing solely on Obito during the process.

Trained with the intent of supporting a wide range of depictions, but can struggle in some ways because of it due to the variations in training images. Does not support sharingan or rinnegan natively (could probably do so with suitable loras).
