New Dominion Tank Police is a follow-up to the first OVA series which takes place in the world of the first manga (so not based on Dominion Conflict). It takes place in a sort of shared universe of Masamune's other works. i.e. Dai Nihon Giken from Apple Seed and Ghost in the Shell is heavily featured. The Fuchikoma feature, as well.
