A unique style of realism perhaps, but not any kind of photo realism, and arguably not "ultra" realism. Seemingly a model at best more befitting a title using terms such as 'fantasy, or 'dream'.
The biggest problem with it is it makes the subject 2x better looking than they should be. 🤷♂️
I notice from your other model that you do know how to make a pruned model, any reason you didn't bother with it here?
