I don't like being that person who comments with a request, but a version with the POV person's left hand giving the headpats while the right hand gives the cheek pats would be appreciated to use with those characters whose head ornaments are on the left side of their head and who are notoriously difficult to generate without those head ornaments.
dunno if its too late, but why not just gen it as is with the head ornaments on the right side, then flip the image using an online tool/photoshop/basic photo editor tool
