A western comics-inspired checkpoint with the same clean, crispy, bold outlines and sharp colors as the rest of the Bridgetoons portfolio.

If you want to use my style loras with this checkpoint, I recommend .7 strength on them!
Big thanks to Arthemy for consistently improving the western style checkpoint landscape.
Description
Remixed with NoobAI base. Very slight style shift as a result, but it's pretty close to v4.

I gladly "paid" for early access. Keep up the good work! Your models are awesome.
I love the Bridge set of checkpoints and LoRA's. I use them pretty exclusively for hand work. I found consistency to be a bit rough at first. I use my own art style LoRA though and it cleared up any issues. So a bit of advice that may or may not help for folks trying for consistent style.
Adding "Webcomic style" and then "detailed" afterwards creates a consistant style that is a little simpler. You'll generally have to negative prompt for goofy eyes on occasion but otherwise works.
Setting a reference image at like .1 to .3 or whatever will generally hold the style of the reference image.
If you use Krita, just use that with the SD plugin. They inpaint surprisingly well.
Good luck and thank you for the excellent checkpoints.
I had never tried webcomic style before. That's a neat variation. Gonna add that to the suggested list in the checkpoint descriptions.
Thanks for the detailed feedback :)
If I knew how to update the checkpoint to JUST address eye wonkiness, I'd do it. But I'm not smart enough for that.
@Bridgewalker Honestly, for the quality it produces, I'll take the eye issue. I usually take an initial generation and will load it into Krita with Bridge Comics and Bridge Turbo and just inpaint eyes and any flaws. Generally adding 'similar style' or 'same style' in the krita prompt thing keeps everything smooth as butter.
Honestly, whatever your doing keep doing it. If I had the money I would gladly pay for this checkpoint and the other bridge checkpoints. I don't use your other styling LoRA's much but that's because I consistently use my own art LoRA's and they take so well.
I honestly don't enough about training and what not to give you advice. It's pretty golden for what I use it for. I developed MS and Parkinson's a while back so the fact it holds my actual style so well really got me back into art again. Thank you a lot friend
Truly an amazing work on this model! :D
This checkpoint is the best. Period.
<3 I'm glad you like it
This is an incredible checkpoint. I love it so much. :o
Thank you so much! I'm going to do my best to try to keep it enabled for onsite generation. :)
