This lora aims to make characters parkour, but the dynamic poses of the limbs can confuse SD sometimes, be prepared to get messed up results. This lora work better at 0.5-0.8, too much can results in weird shapes. This lora does not work so well with Euler A, but ok with DPM++ 2karras, haven't tried others, please have a try.

You can prompt "broken glass" to get the character jumping out of a window.
