For those experiencing slowness. Try downloading the Q2 GGUF.
Also, you might want to install "Crystools" monitor, this will show you your VRAM usage. You can find this in Comfy manager. Try to keep VRAM usage below 95% so things run smoothly. If you are running at 99%, things usually go bad.

Giving this a shot, but best practice is 3KSamplers (without lightning Lora on the first 2 steps) to improve motion drastically of Wan22
I'm having a hard time figuring out what loras to use in your workflow. The once you use do not exist in the folder you link to on huggingface (unless you have renamed them in your workflow). Also, I get the error "No module named 'sageattention'" when I try to run it.
