Around Strength 0.8 seems to work pretty well. Works okay on realistic models.
Use the tags "white hat" and "white sundress" to help generate her clothes, and you can use the tags "hair over eyes, covered eyes" or alternatively "hair between eyes" to alter her bangs. The tags "creepy smile" and "evil smile" will help make her look more horror-y.

Cute works fine alone, but from my generations doesn't mix well with other LoRA I'm guessing your training on AOM. You may want to consider training on NAI pruned. Not trying to be rude, still very cute.
