Anima actually has good pose recognition capabilities, so it seems to operate without any issues even when using significantly lower Lora weights.

Creating a pose lora is much more difficult than I thought. The resulting image tends to be of rather low quality, so if possible, I recommend refining the image additionally. (I don't recommend using the civitai generator)
