If it's anything like Anal Insertion, then it should do OK with anime and cartoons. I'm not sure how it'll handle having the penis in frame already.

I was only using this LoRa. Are you using the i2v 480p checkpoint? How different is the input image to first frames of the videos in the showcase?
LocalOptima wan2.2 14b i2v with high/low, wan's default main checkpoint. The image is not 100% exactly the same but its very similar. The image is of a woman sitting in a chair with her legs open from a male pov. probably just the difference with the models. no worries.
This model was trained on the 2.1 I2V checkpoint, I wouldn't expect it to work well with 2.2.

Same. 2.1 14B I2V 480. 1 STR, 24 Steps, CFG 5, good input image, generated multiple videos and it's always a man holding some kind of penis shaped object. This happens with every LoRa from the user (Note I only use the 2.1 versions with the 2.1 model, and I haven't tested Wan 2.2)

darn, i needed this so bad
i couldnt make a good vaginal insertion FLF2V even with wan 2.2 (i went back to 2.1 coz my pc begging me to, kek)
this gonna help relieve me from some of those bad gens and waste of time trying make the penetration right
