it replicates a blonde looking character generated by an ai model.If you want to generate anime images i wouldd highly recommend to put realistic,3D in negative prompt.if it doesn't work use double parenthesis ((realistic,3D)) or enhance the strenght by using weights (reaslitic 1:2),etc...or put it in the first words in negative prompt
