Could you make a garterbelt lora?

In the absense of any info on how to trigger this, I tried unpack this safetensor file, but it appears to have zero training/trigger words in the actual file.

If anyone got this to work, can you please share how you did it?

I've seen that it interacts too much with other lora faces. Can a V2 improved be done? Amazing otherways
