using both NOV-Λ and nova should not be required. the latter is only for ease of use.

using a tag "exoshell" together with "mask" should give the standard look of NOV-Λ. "leotard" should be better with details than "bodysuit". with both, you can enhance the look with "mechanical arms" and "mechanical legs". she might be able to wear other clothes on top her exo, but it can produce strange results with both versions

using "exoshell" without "mask", should give her the cybernetic looking body, but normal face. this also should make her eyes not glow (they should glow with the mask, but you can ensure that with "glowing eyes" when mask is on). again, using "mechanical arms" and "mechanical legs" should improve the look

just omitting "exoshell" will probably give strange results, but replacing it with "nude, mechanical arms, mechanical legs" should give the look I imagine her to have without the exo. you can even add "mask" with that combination and get her nude with a mask on. this should work even without "mechanical arms, mechanical legs" on "leotard", but they might improve the look
