Neo Maiden 4.0 is one of the best realistic SD models, and one of the sexiest! You'd never guess from the previews, but that's just because I selected as unsexy example images as I could find. Gotta vibe with civitai's new groove ya know...
As is my tradition, the example images were made with random single-token prompts, but this time I also used a negative embedding I created especially for this model. The model was tuned to not need negatives at all, but this embedding reduces nudity and makes the output more cinematic, and it also makes default faces look more European.
Other than that I just used my standard basic generation settings: 12 steps DPM++ 2M at CFG 7, with the Align Your Steps schedule, generated at 576x832 px.
You can of course do whatever you like, but I recommend trying my settings first, just to see what the baseline performance is. If your fancy settings don't beat it, don't bother!

Thank you very much for V4. Also not relevant but the cover guy looks like Vinesauce Vinny and that's another win in my eyes.

I'm a bit afraid it will give the wrong impression and people will think this is a gay model. Then they'll be sorely disappointed when they find all naked dudes are equipped with a standard issue mangina.

Haha, true! But it's a feature, not a bug! The development of newer image generation tech goes towards better and better prompt adherence, where you can give long complicated instructions, and the model will follow them precisely.
Which I actually hate. I enjoy getting unexpected results, and tune my models towards responding creatively with a will of their own. The ideal I'm shooting for, is to be able to write anything, just a couple of words, and get good looking and interesting results that are inspired by the general feel of what I wrote, with a lot of variation from seed to seed. (And usually with a sexy maiden whether I asked for her or not!) All I want from prompt adherence, is to be able to subtly nudge the output in a general direction.
I'm currently working hard on a much improved model that makes fewer errors, produces excellent results more consistently, and pushes image quality to the absolute limits for what SD is capable of (should be out in two or three months). But the attitude towards prompts will be the same loose fit as for my old models. You're probably still going to hate it! :D
I would suggest trying something more modern, even SD models that try their hardest to obey prompts aren't that good at it TBH. XL/Pony/Illustruous is a modest step up, but ZIT is amazing at following prompts, and so is Chroma (based on Flux). If you want sexy, try Chroma, it is extremely capable in that regard!
My models are really just for those who want to be able to type a word or three, then run a few seeds until they get something unexpected and cool. It can be a fun little toy if treated as an exploration game, but it's not a serious tool for realizing your inner vision as you imagine it. I'll be more direct in explaining this the next time.
