    它无法在Nunchaku的kontext模型上使用。还有一个小小的问题,转换的图像始终是绿色的,无法保持场景。

    是的,因为我训练这个lora的目的是转换角色的形象,所以统一将背景设定成了绿色以利于顺利的去除背景,你可以试试把prompt里的simple green background去掉,应该可以生成其他的背景,但会损失掉一定的稳定性。另外我没有使用过nunchaku的模型,所以我没办法回答它为什么不能使用

    Kevinjuly 删掉simple green background提示词并把降噪改为1.0时可以出背景了,不过效果不太好。但总的来说,这个lora还是很棒的!

    zml_w 是的,因为我没打算训练一个转像素画lora(因为已经有了),我想训练一个生成像素游戏角色图的lora,所以直接出图的效果肯定是不好,你可以试试生成1024*1024的图片,可能效果会好点,把重绘的部分直接删除,放个普通的latent节点就好,现在是512*512,这个大小对于kontext出普通图的效果是不够的

    Kevinjuly 我有尝试过用普通的1024*1024latent节点来生成,降噪开的是1.0,效果并不理想,想要一个好的效果,那个绿色背景的底图和0.9降噪必须存在。虽然已经有了别的像素画lora,但那些lora在sdxl中也可以复现,而你的这个lora的效果要在sdxl中实现就比较复杂了,很棒的创意!

    zml_w 其实这个也是我比较困惑的点,kontext的这个训练结果,似乎并不是“生成一个二头身的角色”,而是“将原图按固定倍率修改比例”,也就是说生成的结果会根据原图人物的比例改变,没法保持稳定,重绘的工作流也是不得已而为之

    zml_w我试过以不同比例的原图训练他生成相同的二头身小人,结果反而更坏了,更没法稳定出图,所以想实现那个理想中的效果,可能还要找找办法
