This is an Illustrious style lora for the character Overhawk from Marvel Comics. In the classic Darkhawk comics of the 90s, Overhawk is the final boss and nemesis to Darkhawk before the original comic ended. Darkhawk was later retconned a couple times relatively recently, yet Overhawk never made a return in any way.
