LoRA for tentacles latch on to a woman's breasts. Not with suction, but by grabbing (or biting) and holding on.

IL_v1_D8: Reduced file size version, though it lost the compatibility with "Piranha plant" in the trimming.

IL_v1 - first version for Illustrious, seems to work well enough.

Main triggers (use one or the other, not both):

"double breast latch, tentacles": latching on to both breasts.

"single breast latch, tentacles": latching on to one breast.

Tags that might have some effect but can be unstable: "vines, plant" - makes the tentacles vine like and the grabbers leaf or petal like, "starfish" - biases towards starfish pasties. "Piranha plant" and "metriod \(creature\)" also kind of work, but that may be base model knowledge.
