This ia a GGUF QWEN image workflow feeding into a QWEN Image Edit workflow. With save and preview image nodes for each. With a bypassed load image and stitch node under 100 pinned nodes. A bit hard to sort through the complicated connections. I think it would have been easier with more direct paths. Not sure if I missed something?

You're right to say it's complicated β€” unfortunately, I'm a bit afraid to touch it since it's working, and I don’t want to risk breaking the workflow.

@salvoanna21Β I think what he means is you are using safetensor models where a GGUF model is better (smaller models less diskspace) But you need a separate GGUF loader and Dual clip loader in your workflow AND those models need to be saved under models\Diffuser models not \Checkpoints. It's all a bit confusing I know. Also a tip, the resources like your loras and sefetensor models are not on CivitAI, so give some links to the sources so people don't have to look for them

I have tried the workflow, it's very slow especially after the second qwen kasmpler it seems to hang with the vae decoding (runs out of memory and retries with very slow tiled decoding), but the rhere seems to be a smaller version of the image placed directly in the center of the images like a fuzzy rectangle, ever seen that happen before?
