I didn't find many good examples of boxers so that aspect is a little weak (usually just the waistband) but most other kinds of underwear should work pretty well. Also trained on no underwear visible. I might see about refining the boxers thing at some point.
Also you might get a double butt when you do rear facing shots, I apologize for that.

Works well with a thong.
Not too much effect without one (tried nothing underneath and boxers).
Definitely has some extra learning in there. It was adding in very bright red tops/sleeves 25-50% of the time. red was not a prompt anywhere. No other lora used. Might be related to using a realistic model.

I have found that a few of my models do break with realistic models so I'm not too surprised. You might be able to turn up the strength to get the effect but I don't use anything more realistic than semi-realism so I don't usually test/worry about realism. Thanks for commenting though.
