i'm asking to make sure: what does your model generate? those prompts you used on your images do generate the same even without your model. and if i add "architecture-pov", i get a more specified closer look at them like the title for your model would suggest. honestly, i'm pretty confused.
Though I haven't tried it myself yet, I guess the viewpoint is of a person about to cross the street? Many city views are right down the center or from above, and this is more ground level. Though i'm not sure if one could simply add - from the viewpoint of a mouse, sometimes that works.
@frankmike based on your reply "viewpoint", read my article "you are the main actor". try this prompt there to get your model more stable, because when i tested this prompt together with "city-center", i got exactly that viewpoint that you try to mimic with your model. feel free to try it and maybe it can drastically help generating better results for you.

I will try to make a "ipaint" version , for Archviz 3D rendering post process.
But I still don't know how.
