For NoobAI-XL V-pred:
Check my guide about V-pred image generating!
The best model to use V-pred is Cyberfix! But pure NoobAI-XL V-pred is also good.
For Illustrious mixes and NoobAI-XL Epsilon: use NoobAI-Xl Epsilon (especially mixes based on NoobAI-XL Epsilon!).

For some reason, don't you notify me when they update the models, for the rest, if it appears to me, but I don't know what's going on with yours? There's still a civitai bug so they update too much if I see yours they don't appear I'll let you know
it is sad bug. Last months there are many bugs on civitai :c
