The plumpy lips, colored with minimal gradience outlines, and the color cross hatching.
I attempted a lot of different weights using Herrscher's agga utopia Lora which generates those distinctive lips, but if I would go over .7 the lora would over bake, this was as close as I could get it.
Your lora gives more contrast and variety, the Serpieri lora I always use it for the hatching texture, and aishou some depth (3D-ness) I try to rift away from triangle, single line, or L shaped anime noses, so with that lora the noses are more prominent and smooth.

@gisa Thank you for your lora, I use it a lot on my images. I generate them for traditional drawing, I've been to addicted to generating though I haven't given myself the time to draw any of them haha
