This is the first model I've made, but I'm honestly not entirely convinced. If there's anyone who can give me some advice to improve it, please let me know.

Try making an illustrious model. I'm finding that the results are generally better when it comes to most aspects. The key usually is the dataset (the amount of images use for training). 100 good quality official screencaps of a character from different angles in different poses is ideal but you can get away with 30 or so.
