Greetings! I am Dr. Joanne R. Baraskayan, a psychiatrist expanding into neuropsychiatry after thirty years of private practice. The brain has fascinated me since I was a girl, and I am excited to see this enigma of an organ in a new light! Like my sister, Judy, I am newly divorced and remarried (after just over four decades of marriage) and am starting on a quest to understand who I am as an individual and how I relate to the world around me from this new viewpoint.
