Suggested tags:

For the ears: floppy ears, long ears, spots on ears

For the spikes: spikes on back (This is hit-and-miss, the spikes often don't turn out right. Skip this if you don't care about it.)

For the tail: spade tail (Again, hit-and-miss. Sometimes the tail will turn out too fluffy. This is a way to counteract that, but the tip might not be the right shape.)

For the different chest/belly color: countershading

For quadrupedal: feral

For anthro: anthro, digitigrade

If images turn out too dog-like, adding dog, canine in the negative prompts will fix that.
