Reika, a Breast Mafia character, first time creating a character lora, from my own testing is that getting her to be fully dressed is a challenge but seems to work well for anything sexual.
Her name was unknown to me until I was ready to publish thats why the Lora is named and triggered the way it is.

For Sana this Lora https://civitai.com/models/1256920/sana-breast-mafia works well, the preview images arent great but you can see better results from others in the gallery.
Personally I find the ones by Nintendoemily as absolutely peak and I would recommend using their prompt and editing it.
