Merge based on RevAnimated and BeenYou Lite.
The purpose was to create a clean base model using some of my favorite checkpoints that produces an easy to use, high quality model without the use of ADetailer or other resources that I can then build on.
No baked in VAE, use what you want. Standard generation values (Clip skip 2, CFG 5-8, 20+ steps, ect) will deliver good results.
This was intended as something for just me to use but no reason not to share it. Enjoy.

what is "restart" sampling method? from your chart
one of the newer sampling methods, forget when it was added but it should be any of the newer Stable Diffusion / Automatic 111 builds
