Noticeable issues:

• Piercings don't conform, adding extra or removing some

• Clothing can be a bit spotty, as there wasn't a lot to go by

• Might try to make it monochrome/black and white, as it's mostly that

• Hair can be slightly random

• Hands might go off-color

Suggested solutions: run on lower/higher strength depending on what you're aiming for. inpaint/img-img is your friend
