Can come out chubby, you may need to negate that
also some checkpoints and style loras will add a short little hairy man if you use dwarf as a trigger word but dwarfism works in place if that happens
as a woman who is an inch or two away from being classified as a "small person", I approve of this lora.
Versatile lora that can also be used as a size-difference lora, just be careful with the nono-words.
You might try "dwarfism" if "dwarf" puts a fantasy dwarf in the image.
