Use the prompt: transfer the pose in the image on the left to the person in the image on the right
Strength: 1 - 1.25
Tips For V2:
This version should be much better at understanding your poses.
Works best with front facing poses
Images are submitted with the left half is the pose and the right half is the model whose pose will be adjusted
At a minimum, remove the background of your poses ensuring a pure white background with your pose centered
Description
Fixed the model not being good.

I've been able to get some okay results out of it -- touchier than the other two loras, it feels like, but there's probably ways to boost up the results with some preprocessing. Trying to find a good way to do a mannequin conversion as is.
Maybe the next lora I'll make will be a mannequin conversion lora. And yeah this one is definitely a little touchier but it's a little more difficult of a problem than the other ones I think. At least it is for Qwen for some reason. It seems to get distracted by details hence why the mannequins are so much better despite me not training on them. But you can get some great results with the right settings. I've had generations where 1.1 lora strength didn't work but 1.15 does.
@kingroka I'm surprised you made a jar for the helper tool, since it seems like qwen edit is the natural way to do what you're trying to do -- I'm doing some preprocessing in my workflow with Inspyrenet BG removal, framing things up for consistent image sizes before stitching, etc, and between that and realizing I should try the 8-step lora, I'm getting far better results. Either way, great job, thanks for these loras, it's really making me realize just how powerful Qwen Edit is. (This site really needs a QE specific search.)

Hi. Could you please share your workflow?
manually stitch the images or use this software: https://kingroka.itch.io/qwen-lora-input-tool to make the input images then use this: https://civitai.com/models/1944963?modelVersionId=2212417 to use qwen edit with the lora
@kingroka It does not work. Just returns same stitched image as output.
Much improved results with 2.0. Vastly more likely to at least attempt to mimic the pose, and most of the attempts have good to great results. Nice.
wf?
any tips on stop it from transferring the outfit too?
Nice! I was having problems with some positions, but I found that describing the difficult positions make the efficiency of this lora goes up to 100%. Thanks a lot!
Не работает при сшивании
Попробуй у картинки с позой задний фон заменить на белый цвет. Ну и поза должна быть слева, а сама картинка справа.
QWEN transfers poses well; if you add an image in openpose format and say, "Change the character's pose to this one," it transfers 1 to 1.
When I try transfering the pose, it matches the body size/proportions as well. Is there a way it can only transfer the pose? What can I do in cases like this? I followed the guide with the strenght/cfg etc.
Doesnt work. Just returns same input picture (stitched pose and character pictures) as output.
How is the split image source processed and then concatenated into three? Any special node process? Any required size / ratios? None of the examples have an embedded workflow, and there's no explanation here, or the linked webpage.
What's the process for the input dimensions? It would be foolish & risky to run a JAR file to do such a simple task. If you could be more open about how all this works / share specific details, that would be much more trustworthy. I want to try this, but I'll pass until the process is more clear.
use a crop image node
