If you’re generating from a distance, like a full-body shot, the private parts might need some extra details. Try using ADetailer tools like penis-detection, or penis-pussy-adetailer-model to sharpen up the penis details, or go for manual inpainting if you want more control. Sometimes ADetailer won't detect the uncut phimosis look or make things a bit messy—manual inpainting’s your best bet then.

It works especially great for flaccid penises since that’s kinda the core concept (you can get awesome results with a LoRA strength as low as 0.6, although I would recommend >0.8).
