These are a set of 3 Loras meant to be used ALL AT ONCE. Download all 3, use all 3 at once at a strength of 1 (each) and stamp out ball gag harnesses all day long on most models I've tested.
Play with the strengths to get different looking gags and headgear! Images seen in each of the samples are from ALL being used that the same time, NOT individually.
Some anime models not as coherent temporally, sometimes non square renders as well, probably could be the enable k quant samplers in settings.

what happens if you dont use the 3 at the same time?
I would strongly consider not splitting a lora up into multiple loras. There's only so much space a model can have, i.e you cant load an infinite amount of LORAs...
