How does this exactly work? Just insert it in my Models folder where the other models are, and use the key word ''Soviet cartoon'' after my prompt?
You have to save the «solin_style_sdxl.safetensors» file inside your /loras folder. You can trigger the lora by using the inline command <lora:solin_style_sdxl:0.8> in your prompt, adding the "soviet cartoon" will increase the weigh (dataset reference)
