It looks like a Kangaroo (the snout), but is a fox mink (One Piece tribe of Anthros).
Like most minks in episode 757 she use's Electro (some form of energizing fist and legs), she appear's first in the fair buying some vegetables and later after the pirates invasion, her son does fighting at the pirates with her, she uses a blue tank top and a tiger stripe pattern skirt.
Like most minks they can breed with any other species of mink, her husband is a panda and her other son is a panda too.
