My attempt at making LoRA with Straizo, a character from JoJo Part 1: Phantom Blood, and JoJo Part 2: Battle Tendency (mostly the second).

To create a human Straizo, I recommend using "human, dark eyes" after the trigger word, followed by your next prompt.

To create a vampire Straizo, I recommend using "vampire, red eyes" after the trigger word. Optionally (if you want his mouth to be open), I recommend using "teth, fangs" and your next prompt.
