Again, I am VERY surprised that no one has made a lora of this guy! Anyway I loved to watch the cartoon when I was a kid and honestly I wish this show received the treatment that Ducktales remake received. Although with the current Disney it is much better it remains forgotten by them...

Ps: I know I should have write that some time ago but, if the torso of the character isn't coming out blue, try the tag "blue belly" and it should solve the problem!
