EDIT: these issues have mostly been fixed in V2
80% of the time, it comes out of the hands/feets/knees instead of where it should come out.

I tried many other similar LORA, but nothing is as good as this one. It's doing what it's supposed to do so accurately without interfering with other parts of the images.
