Like all loras... trial and error. There is no magic config, all models are differents. But as a general rule, in case it helps you, clothes do not need as many steps as a character (as long as they do not have too many details). Personally, I use few repetitions and many epochs, eliminating the captions that I want to highlight. And sometimes it works, sometimes i have to try it again changing things.

The key is to know Kohya_ss well and know what each thing does, so you can rectify and do tests without going blind or waiting for a stroke of luck. What I can assure you is that 90% of YouTube tutorials are garbage, because depending on the graphics card you have in your PC, absolutely everything changes.
