Highres fix may help improve the quality and consistency. The examples are using LoRA weight=1 and highres fix ESRGAN_4x with denoising strength=0.5.

It may not work well in realistic models.

It suffers more overfit than usual ones as fingers are harder to learn😢

There are still chances you get bad anatomy / fused fingers / extra or less digits. As you know, SD struggles on painting fingers.
