Excuse, but a lora trained on 65 images doesn't deserve to be so big (650 MB), your previous lora is lightweight, but I'll try anyway

File size comes from Network Dimension, not image count.
I used higher dimension for the complex/diverse dataset
(Fantasy, NSFW, Multi-Person). V3 will test lower dimensions
while maintaining quality. Appreciate the input!"

File size is determined by network dimension (Dim) which controls how much the lora "remembers" about the training data. High Dim allows for more learning of the details/style and overriding style of the base checkpoint. High Dim runs this risk of over-learning and it takes a skilled Lora creator to use it correctly so good job SeeSeeLP!
A balance between file size and results is ideal but I'd prefer good results rather than a small less effective lora.
The dude can try his experiments as he wishes, it's better to have a model than no model.
