Looking at the on-site generator, it seems that the model is unstable. It happens sometimes, it may fix itself though, wait a little while and try again. If you're experiencing generation failures outside of CivitAI's on-site generator, on other sites or through desktop generation there may be something wrong with the model itself though, in that case you may need to re-train it.

Congrats on your first LoRA. Tested it locally, works fine off-site. Adding to PlagSoft's comment, this is likely an issue on the web generator's side--probably some issue with the generator having trouble pulling the LoRA, should fix itself in around a day or so.

The Unstable Resources note will stay appended even when it starts working onsite, until enough generations are made to offset the initial failures.
