W25 Realistic is an experimental LoRA designed to enrich and transform the visual language of WAN 2.2 — both for image-to-video and text-to-video generation — pushing it closer to the look and feel showcased in the WAN 2.5 preview.
⚠️ Important: This is not an official model, nor a distilled version of WAN 2.5. The dataset does not originate entirely from 2.5 outputs; instead, it is inspired by them. It combines a heterogeneous mix of sources, including highly realistic and cinematic clips curated to capture the emotional depth and visual intensity seen in the 2.5 previews.
By applying this LoRA, WAN 2.2 generations tend to become:

the higher the strength the more it crashes comfy... even with a 5090... ive narrowed it down to this lora specifically so im not sure whats going on... its great when it works though

which cuda version (assuming 12.8 since 5090?) and which attention algorithm are you using? (flash, sage, xformers etc etc)

I can run it on my 4070Ti 12GB with the full fp16 wan 2.2 14b I2V model. you might want to spend a few pennies and get yourself more system RAM to go with that hog of a card. I have 80GB and everything nicely offloads into system RAM, store the entire models, text encoders, LoRA that cant fit in my card on system RAM. very fast and no OOM or crashes.
