金玉を乗せられる側をフォーカスしたい場合はbottom focusを、乗せる側をフォーカスしたい場合はtop focusを入れてください。また、お尻側を正面にしたい場合はperineumを、おへそ側を正面にしたい場合はpenis等を入れるとコントロールできると思います。
