Often times when creating femboy/trans characters - I am not satisfied with the generated penis lol. So I created a lora to help with my results. This targets a slightly thick and cut penis, and was trained on SDXL.

Honestly, one of the ways I found this to be most effective, is to use it with my shared upscale flow. If you add a new LoRA node to the flow, insert this LoRA, and add trigger word to prompt - it will often help appearance of poorly generated penis.
