    Roman Kachanov ( Роман Качанов) was a Soviet animator who worked primarily in the stop-motion animation technique. He directed the popular series of films about Cheburashka: Gena the Crocodile, Cheburashka, Shapoklyak and Cheburashka Goes to School.

    Natalya Orlova was born on May 12, 1948 in the USSR. She is a director and art director, known for Kashtanka (2004), Animated Epics: Moby Dick (1999) and Shakespeare: The Animated Tales (1992).
