This recreates the style from various after-school PSA's such as "is anybody out there" and "are you ok?".

For Krea2:
just make sure "cartoon" or "Illustration" are somewhere in the prompt. Works anywhere between 0.5-1.0. I find 0.8 gives the best balance of detail while keeping the flat style.

For IL & Anima:
Use the trigger word "PSA_Style".
