Latent upscale workflow

This workflow scales the latent image from the 1st k-sampler up by 1.2--1.5x and feeds it into a second k-sampler.

Limitations

Depending on checkpoint and anatomy of the subject, the navel or muscular abs might be mangled. --> Reduce the upscaling to 1.2.
